Kollect on Demand - Digitizing Irish/British Waste Management

“One of the conditions of the loan is that within 12 months, Kollect on Demand Holding AB is no
longer listed on the Nasdaq First North, and if it remains listed this is an event of default on the
loan.”

In light of the figures, the company’s development has been good in recent quarters, but is this how the stock market story ends?

I haven’t come across something like this before. One of the best parts of owning loss-making growth companies is that you’re always learning something new…

If I haven’t misunderstood this condition, the loan must be repaid within a year or the company must delist from the exchange. Of course, if development continues to be positive and losses continue to be reduced, there would be a possibility in the future to pay off that loan through a share issue at a higher price :person_shrugging: provided there are participants for it… Following with interest.
