Well, that can be a functional strategy. It can be just as effective to focus on x number of companies whose business you believe you understand. Finding a needle in a haystack is always great, but in investing, it’s generally beneficial to be right slightly before others. Even if you’re right about a stock’s undervaluation, but others don’t agree, you might have to wait a long time before the real economy hits you in the face.

Good points, and I probably wouldn’t ever go so far as to spend most of my time on this, but I could perhaps do it to some extent and have, say, one or two of my own finds in my portfolio.

Sometimes I’ve found a rather interesting stock, but due to my limited expertise so far, I would have needed someone to go through that company together with me.

There are a few investors whose picks I like to take a look at. Jaska 10 is certainly one of them! I’ve actually had Perion in my portfolio for a long time.

At some point, when I was quite new to the Forum, I was wondering who this Jaska is, as he’s found all sorts of things and shares information about them so well.
