\n\nThe company is also part of the much larger China Merchants conglomerate, founded in 1872 and with a rather complex-looking structure, which has approx. €112 billion in revenue, a €2 trillion balance sheet, and 230,000 employees. 
There are about a dozen listed subsidiaries, the largest of which by market capitalization is CM Bank at €136 billion.
