Unsurprisingly, 50% of the STI is linked to revenue growth. It remains unclear whether this refers to organic growth or if inorganic growth is also accepted. Can someone wiser say if the same STI will be in effect for the coming years or if it’s only for 2025?
One shouldn’t jump to conclusions, of course, but this certainly didn’t ease my concerns.
