I was sure you had this - these normally come automatically with an “algorithm/automation” that has its own criteria etc. 
I set it separately for you and locked it, so you keep that title, because you definitely deserve it.
Even this morning, in a private message, it was said about you, among other things, “A nice and helpful fellow.”
