Here’s a list of all virtual general meetings that can be attended by authenticating with bank IDs or mobile certificates. We were lucky that we developed a virtual general meeting service at Inderes last year. After the Admicom pilot in early this year, we can now help other companies on the Helsinki stock exchange virtualize their general meetings.

By following the meeting via video link, shareholders can see and hear the video broadcast of the meeting, but they cannot exercise their right to speak or vote at the meeting.

We have arranged for those who registered for the Annual General Meeting by the deadline to follow the meeting via video. We recommend this to anyone who belongs to coronavirus risk groups, has recently returned from abroad, or has been in contact with a person infected with coronavirus. Video participants must order a video link by March 16, 2020, at 4:00 PM, and ordering requires identification with personal online banking credentials or a mobile certificate. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ask questions or vote at the meeting via video. Holders of nominee-registered shares cannot order a video link.

Shareholders who have registered for the Annual General Meeting by the deadline may also follow the meeting via video. The link to the video broadcast is personal and must be ordered by 4:00 p.m. on March 16, 2020, through the form below. Ordering requires identification with personal online banking credentials or a mobile certificate. Questions cannot be asked or votes cast at the meeting via video. Owners of nominee-registered shares cannot order a video link.

KESKO: Personal shareholders have the opportunity to follow the Annual General Meeting (AGM) via video link. Shareholders following the meeting online will not be recorded as shareholders present at the meeting, nor will they have the opportunity to vote or ask questions.
Order a personal link to the broadcast no later than Wednesday, March 25, 2020, at 4 p.m. Ordering requires strong identification, for example, with bank IDs or a mobile certificate. The link will be activated for shareholders who would have the right to attend the AGM, meaning those who were registered in Kesko’s shareholder register maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy on March 18, 2020. The language of the meeting is Finnish.
