History does not predict the future, but rather what is happening right now and what can be anticipated. For example, Warren Buffett emphasizes future prospects, not a stock’s price history. Buffett tries to avoid indebted companies. In my opinion, however, the halting and reduction of indebtedness is a signal that should not be ignored.
