In some presentation, Bono did indeed explain the reasoning for the 3-month cut-off, and I guess I took it too literally (or stupidly). This matter has actually been bothering me for a few months.
And I did suggest my estimate that my first question is useless 
. And no doubt, at the latest, Juho Jalkanen will tell me that my second question is (as I already knew) premature.
