Wow! I don’t know if this is related to Bex at all, but they’ve done a great job capturing the macrophage attack on cancer cells. My understanding is that bexmarilimab works in a similar way by exposing cancer cells to the body’s own immune system. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sXrEqzWYl58
