Unless I remember completely incorrectly, JJ stated in some webcast or interview that, according to Faron’s experience, the efficacy of a 1 mg dose is not sufficient to cover even a single dosing interval of the treatment cycle. Whether this is truly the case will be clarified once the results from this FDA-mandated controlled 2b trial are received.
