The incidence and mortality of gastric cancer (GC) remain at the forefront globally. To date, the population benefiting from immunotherapy is still very limited. Tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) play an important role in immune response and immune microenvironment remodeling. The aim of this study was to investigate altered TAM subgroups in the gastric microenvironment and to elucidate the intrinsic molecular mechanism.
