Okay - knockdown - but all the same, no conclusions can be drawn from it. Especially in the case of bex (bexmarilimab), which doesn’t really block Clever-1, completely preventing signaling, but rather the receptor internalizes. That’s a completely different matter than a lower expression of the Clever-1 protein. These cells are already different from the outset because their genetic expression profile differs.
