As I already mentioned once on this forum, a company’s CEO is not normally among the underwriters of an offering; instead, the underwriters are parties external to the company. The CEO, in this case Juho Jalkanen, can then subscribe for shares in the offering as an investor, and I believe that is what will happen. I also believe he will announce it tomorrow.
