That mentions dividend payments in Faron shares, not sales. ACME has paid dividends to someone, family? Has someone else been/become an owner in ACME? A foundation established? Otherwise, you can’t distribute dividends from a company unless you own a piece of it. The rules in Luxembourg/Monaco are not known, though. A small portion of shares has left Syrjälä’s control. Other people’s financial and tax matters are none of our business, but let’s just talk about what we would do for wealth management if we had the money.

But in that notification, the sales column is also checked, so based on that, sales have been made.
