I agree with this, and they could have sought, for example, €80M for a maximum of 100M shares, so the share price would probably have settled somewhere around €0.8. Then, if it hadn’t been fully successful, surely at least half would have been raised regardless. Or maybe getting financing here in this backwater stock exchange would have been too difficult.
