You can’t. People are getting confused again because some of the holdings have been in Syrjälä’s own name and some under a company name behind a nominee register. From Euroclear, you can only get information on holdings in Syrjälä’s own name.
Regarding the flagging, the party subject to the disclosure requirement has a few days (gut feeling: three days) to file the notification, and the company must announce it, if I remember correctly, within 2 days of receiving the notification. So, in theory, they could have gone below the threshold, but the notification is still “on its way.”
