About half a million notes, a decent pile but not yet absolutely insane
Is anyone familiar with Varjo? Itâs a Finnish VR/XR company operating in the same space as Bublar. They just raised âŹ50M in a funding round.
On some level, yes. If I remember correctly, they specialize in developing photorealistic XR glasses and devices. Iâm not sure if itâs exactly the same niche or if theyâre more of a device manufacturer. Thatâs what Bublar should have bought, though they would have had to print a pretty large stack of new shares ![]()

In any case, âquite a lot, you could sayâ of Swedish money flowed in there
Yup, it did. Itâs also an indication of how interesting the XR field is for the future. Bubble should really start delivering on screens and push the stock price up. There was a slight recovery in the stock towards the end of the week, as people are anticipating the continuation of the software release, which for some reason was moved from yesterday to early next week. Weâll know a bit more after next week.
Such pressure to succeed was passed on to subsidiary GBK when the Hello Kitty launch was postponed by a year. Vobling will also contribute, but time will tellâŠ
I personally donât see GBK as a money-making company due to poor scalability. Duck and Vobling could be cash cows in the future; my bet is on Sayduck out of these two, even though Vobling has been more prominent so far â the reason for my trust in Sayduck is its scalability.
Of course, itâs a shame that Kitty left and there will certainly be less marketing money for OWH now, but I still have high expectations for the game. I donât think itâs bad, but it remains to be seen if it can make money.
Currently, the company is really cheap. It will be nice to see the situation at the end of the year, but I havenât panicked yet. However, I havenât bought more since early summer, because I need to accumulate some more cash for other investments.
This has been a complete lottery ticket in my own portfolio, which is mainly focused on energy (+Sampo). Itâs also the first one under the trigger if/when money is needed for purchases elsewhere. Interesting to follow an industry that is completely new to me ![]()
This morning, information will arrive about two new countries, Romania and the Philippines (info from Discord)
UPDATE 0.95
Greetings Heroes! skullboy
After our last release, we discovered a critical issue that we needed to get fixed! So we decided to do another release and, since we were at it, we included some of the updates that we have been working on since the last release - you can check it out in the patch notes below.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR NEW AND/OR CURRENT PLAYERS
We have now opened up for two new countries and would like to welcome both Romania and the Philippines to the Otherworlds! As we have mentioned before, if you happen to live in Sweden, Poland, Indonesia, Romania or the Philippines then feel free to download the official version from either App Store or Google Play (version 0.94).
PATCH NOTES
- We fixed the missing level requirements in the skill library
- Updated both Hunter and the Warrior gear
- Did some sweet texture updates in Ekhoron
- We updated the font by making it both better looking and more readable
- We continued the work of improving the tutorial by adding some new sounds to the battle
ISSUES
If you find yourself somehow stuck in any of the encounters, then please get in touch with @sarabia @Gaschligan (CM) (CM) or @aschwel so that we can get you unstuck (donât forget to provide your support-ID when you DM us, that way we can help you instantly).
HAPPY HUNTING! Lots of orange_heart from the Dev Team.
It was quite a tired addition, which is probably why countries arenât added in groups of tens. Is it really that incomplete, or are there backend issues?
Well, this information doesnât seem to contain any damage control for Fridayâs quarterly report, but letâs wait for the announcement and the opening of trading.
Later that evening, I read on the same Discord and concluded that those published countries were a pretty bad anticlimax. I guess the stock will just keep going down again.
I believe so too. Does anyone there know what theyâre doing?
I donât know anything about game publishing, so could you explain to me why games are released gradually in different countries instead of globally all at once?
I canât say for sure what the reason is, but Iâd guess it has to do with the serversâ capacity in connection with the geospatial engine (bad translation). Itâs probably a capacity challenge. These are just my own guesses.
Itâs strange that there was never an announcement about new countries. Then the Q3 report tomorrow. Itâs just a bit odd that Q3 is already halfway through and the company hasnât communicated anything about anything, one would think they would have wanted to at least brag a little.
Well, letâs see how Q2 went and then we can get anxious about Q3.![]()

Q2 published.
Edit: Other parts of the company are doing a good job, but for me, the game side is a disappointment. Thereâs still no definite release schedule for the Otherworld Heroes game, and theyâre just continuing testing indefinitely.
Yeah, otherwise it looks pretty nice, but âgame outâ should be prio1.

Analysis: 4-7 kronor âcorrectâ value
Now this is a precise analysis of the courseâs potential level; this guyâs business school years and high salary havenât gone to waste⊠itâs like someone from Savo would say, âit might be or it might not be.â
Well, that business growth and 6-7 course range would be fine; this stock is currently the worst underperformer in my portfolio ![]()
Same thing, just a little bit of a hit-or-miss with this. There are analysts and âanalystsâ
But someone did give an even higher target price, if I remember correctly ![]()
