I have kept an eye on Balder, among other reasons because they also have holdings in Finland. However, I encounter the same issue here as with all other real estate investment companies, namely, that there isn’t enough transparency. I don’t doubt that Erik Selin is competent in his field, but it would require enormous work and expertise to gain sufficient clarity on the company’s real estate investments and their expected returns.
