Analyst Change

Thanks to Petri Kajaani for the great work and entertainment! My own portfolio has been largely based on Petri’s analyses.
I also particularly remember the many post-earnings videos where the case was reviewed “quickly,” “superficially,” and “briefly”…
Everything has its time.

When these changes occur, do they have an impact on holdings in Inderes? I didn’t follow the case very closely, but the personnel apparently got to subscribe to the company shares at a slightly lower price. Were there any more specific conditions in place, such as having to sell shares, etc., if one no longer works for the company?

Petri nooooo :scream::sob::sob:. I must say, reading this message brought tears to my eyes. You have definitely been one of Inderes’s brightest and best analysts. In addition, your videos have been very pleasant to watch and listen to. I must also admit that I have largely invested in Harvia, Kamux, and Orthex based on your extensive reports and analyses.

Although the message saddens me, I wish you all the best in your next challenges :fire:

Thanks, Petri, for the amazing work you’ve done for us, the members of the Inderes community

However, reading the news was a bit of a shock to me. No other analyst’s departure would have hit me the same way. It’s always been a pleasure to listen to your presentations.

In my own portfolio, Harvia is by far the largest holding, with Kamux right among the next ones. I’ve been increasing my Tokmanni holdings lately, and I’m also invested in Orthex. I’ve been able to hold these investments with peace of mind largely because I felt I could trust your analysis.

Good luck with your future endeavors. I’m not surprised that you’ve been in demand elsewhere. I would have hired you too.

Thanks @Petri_Kajaani. Even though I don’t know you IRL, I’ve thought you seem like a relaxed person and likely a good friend to many! All the best and thanks for everything so far. I hope you continue to participate in discussions! Make good stock picks.

Thanks, Petri, for all these years! Your departure is sad , but on the other hand, it’s great to see how one can grow and take new career steps at Inderes too! So, all the best and good luck for the future :muscle: :business_suit_levitating:

I will greatly miss your exceptionally high-quality analyses, luxuriously long videos, and clear communication, after which even the less savvy understand the company’s business and its potential advantages. I have always admired your “put your money where your mouth is” style, and you’ve never been afraid to communicate it.

Hopefully, you’ll have time to visit us here sometimes later. Once again, thank you for your tremendous work and sacrifices of your free time. Good luck & success on your chosen path! Thank you .

Ohhoh, quite a bombshell when my favorite analyst leaves. All the best with new challenges, as they say, development stops with contentment :+1:

Hopefully, we’ll hear soon what those new challenges are, because as the old saying goes: put your money where the Petri is :slightly_smiling_face:

Feeling a bit wistful, but thanks to Petri especially for the great interim report livestreams!
And if you’re not moving to a competitor or a company being analyzed, what’s stopping you from visiting Inderes videos sometime?

Thank you very much, Petri, for the analyses and videos! They have always been truly knowledgeable, comprehensive, clearly communicated, and entertaining. They will be missed. It was largely based on them that I delved deeper into Kamux and became convinced of it as an investment target to the extent that I dared to invest heavily in Kamux at share prices of 5-6€ in the summer of 2019. I haven’t had to regret it.

All the best in your future challenges!

Many thanks for your work! I’ve been reading your Harvia analyses right from the start of the coverage. They have been high-quality and thorough. Good luck and success in your new endeavors!

Thanks @Petri_Kajaani for everything! Your captivating style and expert approach, combined with healthy common sense, have made an impression. The earnings live streams were the icing on the cake. In addition, companies selling consumer products are interesting, and you’ve followed several of them. For these reasons, you’ve been at the sharp end of my favorites list. :slightly_smiling_face:

Good luck with your new challenges.

And regarding Gadus’ question about the employee offering and share transfer restrictions, I can refer to page 24 of our Company Prospectus. The terms regarding the employee offering and transfer restrictions can be found there.

I must admit, I was a bit saddened when I heard the news about @Petri_Kajaani’s upcoming departure. Petri, for a long time, you have been an analyst whose analyses and conclusions I read very carefully. You have done amazing work in the field of analysis, and especially in communicating it to investors. I will probably never forget the feeling when I first called you to ask about, if I recall correctly, Nokian Tyres’ analysis, with the preconceived notion that it might not be appropriate for a guy barely in his twenties to ask an analyst questions about an analysis. However, I soon realized that, no way - it’s actually perfectly fine to talk to analysts about their analysis, and on top of that, some might even be happy to discuss their analysis. And realizing this is an absolutely amazing thing. And from a communication perspective, creating such a feeling is thanks to you, Petri.

Therefore, my humblest thanks for everything and good luck with your future challenges on a new path  Although many have surely said it already, you and your analyses will be missed.

Thanks, Petri Kajaani, for your work at Inderes. No analyst is irreplaceable, but the pleasure has been ours as well. It’s much easier to buy and own a company when a smart person breaks down the investment case into pieces that even a layman can understand – this could summarize the significance of your work and your level of success in it.

To my dismay, I realized that the potential 100-euro hat-eating livestream by Hat Petri and Puss in Boots can also be forgotten… this show can’t really be replaced by stand-ins

I had to chew on what to reply or say for a couple of days. In the end, I decided that one word sums it all up, and that is thank you.

However, I must continue a bit further, as a while ago I commented that Martin Paasi had a great influence on me starting to invest. Petri Kajaani has had a great impact on what kind of investor I have become and what things I pay attention to in this business.

Thank you, Petri!
P.S. Sauna penetration of virgin areas never forget

Everything changes. No more going to Kajaani market in Uncle Masse’s Ferrari, even if Kamux would give cause for it.

And those Noksu circles! You made the old man rich with those analyses too. One dare not even mention Tokmanni.

Good luck with future challenges. :two_hearts: :two_hearts: :two_hearts: :two_hearts:

Uncle Masse, FA, one Ferrari for sale, what’s offered?
