Here are Ate’s comments on YIT’s massive project in Turku. 
YIT announced on Friday that it had signed implementation agreements with the City of Turku for the Kupittaa kärki partnership project. The total value of the project for YIT is approximately EUR 150 million, and construction will begin as early as the start of 2026. The project is significant in scale and supports our forecast of strong revenue development in the company’s contracting segments in the coming years.
