First-half profit was the highest in three years.

During the review period, the number of orders grew by nine percent compared to the previous year.

The commercialization of the Kasvusysteemi (Growth System) product progressed. The company acquired assignments and learned. The Growth System uniquely combines encounter marketing and everyday work supervision. The results achieved by the customer improve. The company continues on its chosen path.

Revenue grew by five percent during the reporting period, with an emphasis on the coaching business.

The number of customer encounters was excellent. Thanks to Trainers’ House’s appeal and systematic approach, access to decision-makers is exceptionally good.

The company expects the investment threshold in Finland to remain high during the rest of the year. For this reason, customer activity will not be compromised. Discussions with decision-makers must be impactful.

Healthy cash flow and profitability remain the company’s most important business objectives going forward.
