Titanium - Looking for a second pillar of growth

Here are Sauli’s comments on Titanium’s Q3 fund report

Based on the quarterly fund reports published by Titanium, new fund sales remained sluggish in Q3, with net subscriptions slightly negative. We note that redemptions have undoubtedly been made from real estate funds during the review period, in line with the rest of the industry (which will be paid out with a delay), and taking these into account, cash flows from the funds would be considerably more negative. In H2, the company has finally been able to invest properly in its wealth management sales, and in the best-case scenario, the weak fund sales are offset by progress in wealth management. The market situation for real estate funds has weakened further over the autumn, and Titanium is currently under intense pressure to achieve success on the wealth management side.
