I also think that purchases simply cannot be made right now while potential M&A negotiations are ongoing. The dividend proposal and communication have been such that an acquisition could be seen very soon. Furthermore, if negotiations are ongoing, trading the stock is in a bit of a gray area. Harvia’s CEO has noted something similar in his interviews.
