Here are Roni’s comments regarding Pihlajalinna’s change negotiations. 
As a result of the negotiations, an estimated 220 positions will be reduced from the company, which is slightly less than the maximum estimate of approximately 270 positions announced at the end of March. Through these measures, Pihlajalinna aims to respond to the low demand in the healthcare market at the beginning of the year, eliminate overlaps, and clarify its organizational structure. The announcement does not cause changes to our forecasts, as we aimed to account for these already in our report following Q1.
