In my opinion, it’s already telling how Nokia decided to sue Amazon and HP for patent infringement. I believe it was the end of October when this was announced. If I remember correctly, Nokia’s rights had been infringed upon for a modest 20 years or so before the matter was “noticed.” Why? Why right now?
And if you want to paint with an even broader brush, it’s worth noting that this potential AT&T decision emerged as a rumor around the same time the so-called DCA agreement was approved by the Finnish side.
