I have been following the investment discussions surrounding Nightingale since its IPO. What has made these discussions challenging is that the science and technology at the core of Nightingale’s business are clearly more complex than those of the majority of Finnish listed companies.
Furthermore, the conversation often seems to be characterized by strong opinions and attitudes, regardless of the participants’ backgrounds.
With AI-generated, plain-language presentations, I aim to provide an evidence-based breakdown of the findings and significance of studies that have utilized Nightingale’s technology.
I find it somewhat contradictory to categorically label all AI summaries as advertisements without any fact-based argumentation, while simultaneously attempting to “protect” a scientific publication by wishing that the AI output would not be linked to the research it is based on. It is as if there is a desire to prevent fact-checking and to portray the AI summary as pure fantasy.
I am not an expert in medicine or any other science. However, I am quite deeply familiar with the use of AI, and in my experience, it is quite reliable for this type of summarization and simplification, especially when the source data is limited to, for example, a single research article.
Early next week, I will try sharing a NotebookLM project based on a scientific publication strongly related to Nightingale, so that anyone can openly see the data source used, the prompts, and the source references to facilitate fact-checking.
