How about company INNOBILOT?

How about a company called InnoBilot?
But how would it be financed? The last acquisition from Norway 2-3 years ago was with a 5 million loan and the rest with Innofactor shares. It brought in about 11 million in revenue if I remember correctly.
Bilot would get about 8 million by listing on the stock exchange (I thought I read that). Bilot is investigating listing and at the same time raising the company’s value for potential buyers. Innofactor would get 120 new experts and 20 million in revenue and a debt-free company. So, 7 million in bank loans and shares. Innofactor’s 20th anniversary year could culminate in the biggest deal in its history and challenge competitors.

Or a wet dream?

Innofactor is doing well now that the order book is overflowing. A bit of Corona panic in the stock price, but a one-euro coin on Midsummer!

And of course, Inno could expand again with a acquisition!
