Loihde acquires BLC-Turva, which generated approximately EUR 77 million (2024) in revenue, thus increasing its turnover level by >50%

    1. With the acquisition, Loihde’s illustrative pro forma revenue for 2024 is approximately EUR 217 million and illustrative pro forma IFRS-adjusted EBITDA is approximately EUR 15.2 million.
    2. The arrangement is expected to generate annual cost synergy benefits of over EUR 3 million after the integration is implemented. Integration costs are estimated to be at the level of the annual cost synergy benefit and are expected to arise mainly during 2026 and 2027.
    3. The debt-free purchase price is EUR 28 million, of which approximately EUR 7.5 million is proposed to be paid with new Loihde shares. With the directed share issue, Savonlinnan BLC-osuuskunta (Savonlinna BLC cooperative) will become Loihde’s largest shareholder with an ownership stake of approximately 10 percent. The directed share issue is conditional on Loihde’s extraordinary general meeting.
