Neste’s facility is indeed the kind where oil produced by Lamor could be used as feedstock. It did take Neste a few years to build the plant, so it wasn’t completed just by snapping their fingers.
In pyrolysis oil production, Neste’s partner is Alterra, from whom technology for pyrolysis oil production can also be purchased/licensed.
