International business machines released Q2 preliminary results. Might put some pressure on IGV/Software today.
IBMâs premarket looks a bit soft, down 22%. In the mud-spattered and loss-stinking software sector, I have Tieto at 3% of my portfolio and Microsoft at 1.5%. Itâs just as well I donât have more. I might be able to get them much cheaper in the fall. I wouldnât even mind a full-blown âSaaSpocalypse.â
Thereâs also a good reason for the perennial favorite Adobe to hit the canvas again today. If it was a screaming buy at $230, itâs an even louder one now. After all, this company with no net cash doesnât pay a dividend.
Weekly DT review. The journey isnât long anymore, weâll be there soon ![]()

The measurement is almost exactly to the cap formed 10 years ago on July 27, 2016, which closes at âŹ7.58ânot yet, but soonâŠ
Same situation as last week. There is still 100% of the journey left.
It really is something if Tecnotree buyout rumors can make the owners of a multi-billion dollar firm tremble like this.

âThis calls for wisdom. Let the person who has insight calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. That number is 666.â
In the longer term, the oversupply of waste incineration capacity in Finland is estimated to create downward pressure on gate fees.
There can be a silver lining even in burning trash, if the oversupply eventually lowers gate fees. ![]()
So far, only roughly the market cap of Nokia has been âcheese-slicedâ away, and the evening is still young.
Nanoviricides is rising for the second day in a row, which is rare. Itâs up 17% total this week, with the price now at 1.76 USD.
Sure, it has been given some ice-cold (extremely low) price targets, and there is momentum with their Ebola drug as well, but I still canât find any major news yet. It is a small company, so it doesnât take much to trigger a price move like this. Weâll see when it really takes off.
Have you, Alokas, considered selling the noobius group and joining our merry band of brothers? There are at least two of us already!
I would otherwise, but I see two major risk factors here:
I might add more TradeDesk, though, as I can already see by eye how sexy this is technically as well:
Investors seemed to interpret the New York data center news as a risk for Nebius.

I was wondering about Terveystaloâs slide earlier, but I deleted my post when I realized I should check the releases. ![]()
Terveystalo estimates that the adjusted operating profit (EBIT) for 2026 will be EUR 120â140 million (2025: EUR 156.3 million).
Earnings guidance for 2026 provided in the financial statements release on February 13, 2026
Terveystalo estimates that the adjusted operating profit (EBIT) for 2026 will be EUR 135â165 million (2025: EUR 156.3 million).

And this had been mentioned in the thread as well. ![]()
For a moment, it seemed like we would get over our addiction to mangos cold turkey. Nobody was interested. Rumor has it that @Ituhippinen got hooked, and apparently the teachers still have some influence because things are looking better again. The role of the dealer @Pohjolan_Eka shouldnât be underestimated.
Soon you wonât be able to get them for under thirty anymore.
