Kempower had a brisk start to the new week. Up one euro per share. Now just keep up the same pace. Let’s agree that it would continue to rise by one euro a day, for example, for the rest of the year. Not an unreasonable wish
It’s only one euro, after all.
Congratulations @Farseer, though I don’t know what your average price is, today is a good day.

It’s always good to remember that to criticize others’ investments, one should have a rather clear crystal ball. It has gone wrong a few times.

This is by far the most successful investment in my investment history. The weighting increased even further from the previous two dips/manipulations, and in premarket, it seems to have risen to over 85% and is growing.
I had decided that after the first big deal, I would re-analyze; I will probably divest some of the overweight position today or after earnings. That was such a hit that I need a moment to digest it.
My dear, my darling Mandatum, please stop this continuous rise, as my own buying program is still ongoing!
Cipher Mining ($CIFR) earnings just out. The stock initially reacted positively, but there’s quite a bit of volatility visible in premarket.
Cipher today announced an approximately $5.5 billion, 15-year lease agreement with Amazon Web Services to provide turnkey space and power for AI workloads. Under the terms of this lease agreement, Cipher will deliver 300 MW of capacity in 2026, including both air and liquid cooling to the racks. The capacity will be delivered in two phases, expected to begin in July 2026 and complete in the fourth quarter of 2026, with rent commencing in August 2026.

Same here, the best investment of my career. The thesis was also the same: exit at the first big deal. Now, however, I might wait a bit longer. The market capitalization is already 16 billion, and with the Microsoft deal, only about 10% of the capacity is in use.
If the stock price doesn’t start rising properly immediately, one might have to wait a few more months for the next deals. Capacity is limited, and many big players will surely want to secure their spot before others, so demand is likely to remain exceptionally strong.
According to my own gut valuation, an exit from IREN could be at around the 40 billion dollar level, which doesn’t sound impossible even in the short term. It was nice to buy, by the way, when the market cap was still 2 billion.
Sometimes guesses hit the mark, but yeah. This IREN has gone into interesting hype, and for good reason, it just took a little patience. In April, one could have still added more around six dollars ![]()
The largest holding in my own portfolio, and may it remain so.
Anora Group

It seems to be quite risk-free nowadays for big players to short these lower-volume stocks. I wondered about Anora’s subdued reaction to Friday’s quite okay result, which significantly alleviated fears of an earnings warning, but the stock barely moved. The short sellers probably sold their positions there, and because the trading volume is anemic, the price couldn’t rise either. Well, today, in any case, we are on a nice upward trajectory ![]()
Stocks like Fortum are again hoovering up cash from the market
— although there are sellers too. My own position is getting thin. If/when I sell the rest, then a direct rally from 20 € —> 30 € ?
Congratulations to Citycon’s owners. You have been beaten down and kicked around in the market, even mocked, for so long, that a small, relieving rise was well-deserved.

Someone knows something, @Verneri_Pulkkinen, shall we document it?
After Iren’s opening, surprisingly steady at around 72-73 USD. It would be interesting to know how the market “decides” that, oh, 72 is a suitable price given the news.
That’s the question. Still, I’m happy with my -25% trimming – after all, it brought a month’s salary worth of profit. I’ll calmly sit on the rest of my holdings until there’s a reason to worry again. If it dips, I’ll buy the dip. It would be interesting to go through fair value calculations and compare future returns to them
Something is brewing with Fortum. Hopefully, we’ll get an announcement in the coming days and a more robust +20% on the board. ![]()
