Inquiries, dismay, and hype regarding stock prices and their changes (Part 4)

Duolingo is up over 20 percent in pre-market trading, currently priced at $415.

Many here consider Duolingo a stock not worth investing in. I completely disagree. The company is debt-free, with a billion in cash. Most importantly, free cash flow is continuously rising. The FCF margin is now over 39% during the first half of the year. The number of daily users has grown 40% year-over-year. Paid applications are performing well.

I have acquired Duolingo shares on three occasions during July at an average price of $376. I would see nice profits today too, but the intention is to sell only when the stock price starts with a five, and is closer to six hundred than five hundred. With current metrics, this is quite possible within the next year.

This is not investment advice, but my own opinion on the value of Duolingo stock.
