Fund description:

Through the Korkia Global Renewables Ky fund, you can invest in an internationally diversified portfolio consisting of solar power, wind power, and battery storage projects. The fund, launched at the end of 2025, is already Korkia’s fifth renewable energy fund. The fund’s term is 5+2 years, with a target return of over 12% per annum and a minimum investment of 50,000 euros.

The fund focuses on the late-stage development and construction of renewable energy projects, where key risks have already significantly decreased, but the return potential remains high. The fund has exclusive access to Korkia’s internationally diversified project pipeline.

The demand for renewable energy is growing rapidly with the electrification of society, increasing electricity consumption, the phasing out of fossil fuels, and strengthening energy self-sufficiency. The energy transition requires unprecedented investments and makes renewable energy one of the most significant long-term investment themes.
