Considering Henrik’s age and the 10-year transformation process at Hexatronic, it could be a purely positive move if an experienced leader is found to continue the work. Personally, I have been concerned about the continuous M&A activities; now would be a good time to stabilize the structures and give the sales efforts a boost.
