With tongue in cheek, one could say that employing women is not only part of the group’s history but also its present day. Or what do you say to the fact that 4/5 of Fodelia’s management team members are women:

Without going through the management teams of all companies on the domestic stock exchange, I could claim that no other company comes close to that ratio of 80% women in the management team.

A bit OT regarding the thread topic, but at least in Marimekko’s management team, 10/11 are women, which is about 91 percent. I don’t think this is even surprising. Women have generally been in the majority at Marimekko.
