GENE EXPRESSION SIGNATURE FOR DETERMINING RESPONSIVENESS OF SUBJECT TO CLEVER-1 ANTIBODY BEXMARILIMAB TREATMENT
Abstract
Growing evidence highlights the clinical potential of selecting treatments through ex vivo profiling, a strategy that allows for a more personalized approach to cancer therapy. The present invention provides a method for determining responsiveness of a subject to Clever-1 antibody bexmarilimab treatment. Further, the present invention provides a gene expression signature for determining treatment sensitivity of a subject to Clever-1 antibody bexmarilimab treatment. Lastly, the present invention provides Clever-1 antibody bexmarilimab for use in treating cancer in a subject, wherein the use comprises testing a biological sample from the subject for determining responsiveness of a subject to Clever-1 antibody bexmarilimab treatment.
