My view is that a lot of those problems are already priced into the current share price, and the valuation relative to the balance sheet is at rock bottom.
The news of the CEO’s firing alone has dropped the share price by -20% from already low levels.
Duell’s market cap is now only ~€11.5 million.
EDIT: Apparently, a sell order of 29k shares has appeared on the ask side; according to the shareholder list, only the top 21 owners hold that many shares.
EDIT EDIT: Adding this here as well since I came across it: “At the end of the review period, Duell had an unused credit limit of €12.0 million.” This, if nothing else, should dispel fears of a share issue that people have been blathering about here…
