Yes, it came as a surprise. I’m sure there are already buyers lined up. It looked to me like they had already come a long way, but in the end, their own resources weren’t enough to carry the construction risk through to completion. It seems like a nice project, and I believe it will certainly be sold. Of course, the background of the group construction and the benefits gained from it (though still difficult to estimate), along with the fact that development was far along, surely lower the profitability somewhat. But I still think it’s a good project. This, too, is being carried out as a joint venture with Westons.
