Terveystalo’s CEO doesn’t understand anything about clinical reality and tries to cover up this ignorance by using plenty of foreign loanwords and surrounding themselves with commercially-oriented representatives who are just as clinically incompetent. Relations with the practitioners providing the services have run aground, the competition for occupational health care has been lost to Mehiläinen, and smaller companies are further tightening the competition. For some reason, highly educated experts refuse to work as subcontractors for Terveystalo. Now Terveystalo is looking to find “synergies” from dental and eye care, but since the mindset remains exactly the same as before, the end result will be exactly the same. The bosses should be replaced, and clinical directors should be brought in as early as the strategy creation phase. Currently, the talk is just Musk-like bluster devoid of reality.
