Tekova - Straightforward Business Premises

There’s nothing unpleasant to hear there; it’s quite natural that costs are being pushed down and competition is fierce. It’s not rocket science; rather, to paraphrase the CEO, it’s just building rectangular buildings.

On the other hand, I know of one facility handed over last year where the owners are super satisfied with the quality. I’ll also add that I am not a Tekova shareholder.

Comrade Turkulainen is speaking in generalities. Could you specify which decade or century your unpleasant experiences originate from, and whether they relate to Tekova? As a shareholder, I would like to be informed of such matters in a timely manner. On the other hand, almost all of Tekova’s completed projects are zero-defect handovers, and many customer relationships have continued year after year. We really should be over the era of the “Reds” and “Whites” by now.

…I’m not your buddy or your friend. Everyone working in construction knows that “zero-defect handovers” don’t exist! Between 2017-2020, I was on hall construction sites, Koivukoski/Lehto, Tekova, etc.

Every player in the construction industry has varying experiences, so generalizing doesn’t get you very far. That’s why my own focus is more on what is being done now and the direction we are headed in.

Interesting. It appears that Zeroman Oy, the investment company of investor Aki Pyysing, has become an owner in Tekova.

A block trade of 400,000 shares. It will be interesting to see at the turn of the month who was involved. If the seller is someone who has been on the ask side since the IPO (the last of the euros etc.), it will be good for the share price.
