Here are Rauli’s comments regarding the rights issue 
Suominen announced on Monday the detailed terms for the approximately EUR 28 million rights issue it communicated in May. The size of the issue and the full subscription guarantee provided by the main owners were already known, so the new information consisted of the technical details of the issue, such as the subscription price, exchange ratio, and schedule. As we have previously estimated, the issue will significantly dilute the share capital. We will update our forecasts to reflect the new number of shares and the strengthening balance sheet in the near future.
