Investment forum flagging discussion and post-mortem

This isn’t a foolproof idea and it has its downsides, but I was thinking that on days like these, when the results of an offering are announced, I’d like to post a message like this in the company thread.

"Hello,

Today, the results of the initial public offering were announced. Please note the following:

1.If you have problems or questions related to the IPO, e.g., why the shares are not visible in Nordnet or when the money will be refunded, etc. Please post your message here:
Suuri IPO / kaupankäynnin ketju: tekniset kysymykset - Osakkeet - Inderes forum

2.If you want to, for example, comment on why you received so few or so many shares, or otherwise “meme” about the offering, please post your messages here in the Coffee Room:

In company threads, messages with new, essentially company-related facts/matters/discussions are primarily desired. A company thread gets clogged if several people start commenting on the offering’s results or problems related to the offering.

Thank you!

This was a clumsy example of the kind of message that could be posted when the offering results are announced, as the company thread (and perhaps other “wrong threads”) always gets flooded with irrelevant messages, and then the matter still needs to be discussed in the flagging thread, etc., and some people may even need to be privately guided separately. Due to irrelevant messages in the company thread, an important message may go unnoticed, even if irrelevant messages are later flagged, deleted, or moved. In my example response, I borrowed sentences written by different forum members who have instructed fellow forum members.

My idea is not the best possible, but I think it could reduce the number of irrelevant messages in the company thread and would not require so much instruction for forum members, because especially as a new forum member, you cannot know or remember everything. If my idea is not bad, then perhaps it could be used in future offerings, although my example message still needs to be refined.
