At the Annual General Meeting, I personally understood from JC’s comments that we would hear about these soon. I assumed it would happen during this SGF + other hype-building period.
During the Metro 2039 1M wishlist announcement, Resonant was at fairly similar levels in the Steam Wishlist rankings. That was over a month ago, and with major marketing pushes in between, we are almost certainly over 1M wishlists already when looking across all platforms.
