Financial reporting dates
Ponsse Plc’s financial reports in 2025:
18 February 2025 - Financial Statement Release 2024
23 April 2025 – Interim Report (Q1), January–March 2025
12 August 2025 - Half-Year Report, January–June 2025
21 October 2025 – Interim Report (Q3), January–September 2025
The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held in Vieremä on 8 April 2025. Ponsse Plc’s Board of Directors will convene the Annual General Meeting separately at a later date. The Annual Report, which includes the Board of Directors’ report and the financial statements for 2024, will be published on the company’s website during week 11/2025. The report will also include a sustainability report in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and ESRS sustainability reporting standards.
All the company’s financial reports will be published in Finnish and English.
Ponsse observes a silent period, which begins at the end of each reporting quarter and ends with the publication of the results for that quarter or financial year.
