I bought US Treasury 20+ year bonds. EUR/USD bonds now make up 10% of my investment assets, split 50/50 due to currency hedging. Inflation is subsiding everywhere, so I believe the risk of a significant increase in interest rates is small. A significant decrease, on the other hand, is possible, though not certain. Thus, I see the risk/reward ratio as good.
