I just bought/sold thread (Part 4)

Sold 450 units of MINI L BABA NORDNET 56 bought in the evening at a price of 25.66 SEK with a 20% profit.

Edit: Since I can’t be without BABA anymore and the day’s sideways movement seems to be turning upwards again, I bought the same 450 units back at 25.12 SEK during the evening. That swing trade will probably buy a couple of hamburger meals, I don’t know if it was worth it time-wise :man_shrugging:

Anxiously, I expected the decline to continue today, but it didn’t. Nevertheless, I fueled up on Tecnotree (tecnopuuta) 1000pcs @1.364 and Solteq 250pcs @4.33.

What a day at Kainalniemi
After we toasted to our biggest stock with Nokia coffee, with Ate’s permission, and went to our (real) jobs, we then had to start mopping the floor after our afternoon coffee spilled everywhere when we saw Nokia’s stock curve :male_detective:
“Are we marrying naked?” Immokin cried out, and despite our assurances, he wouldn’t believe that 5.75 had turned into 5.42.
There were two options: a disappointed tantrum or additional purchases.
We opted for the latter (11 pcs x 5.42e) and came to our own conclusion that foreign analysts :woman_with_turban: :man_with_gua_pi_mao: need a couple of days to understand Pekka and Sari’s beautifully modest presentation of their expertise.
It’ll be fine again :kissing_heart:

I exited Orthex because it was such a small slice. I added Harvia with this.
I believe I will return to Orthex at some point with a more reasonable amount.

Bought a total of 150 Evo-longs for a swing trade @ 1187SEK, just before the market closed. The Nasdaq (at least for now) seems to support a second consecutive gap-up opening :crossed_fingers:

Added PBX 0.78 CAD. A new analyst report provided a better understanding of the company’s earning model. Confident about the future.

Just bought my first bite of QuuTt, which I had been enviously following from the sidelines for a long time.

A few more Hyzon shares. Now I have 1700 pcs. Average price 6.75. The plan is to buy more every month if it stays at these prices.

Bought 2000 Nokia shares from the morning auction with the intention of selling them for a small profit, but due to the bank’s system being slow, ended up selling them at a small loss :rage:

Lightening Zim by 61 dollars.

Bought Vision Lithium at 0.20 and have a limit order for U3O8 (Uranium) at 0.31, hoping it drops. Might be wishful thinking.

Added EBR. I hope this goes down even further. For those specializing in technical analysis, I welcome your comments!

This can be compared to future promises in renewable energy; the hype is far from here when looking at the valuation level. Watermills, however, grind 24/7/365 now and in the future.

In addition, X has been added. A good example of an industry shunned by everyone. Without China’s dumping in previous years, we would be at completely different figures. This is now over for good, at least until they can produce their steel emission-free, which will take years, so import tariffs and such don’t matter.

In my opinion, emission-free electricity producers and ironworks are this year’s winners relative to the indexes, whether the indexes go up or down.

Today, I added QT at €116 and entered Tencent at $60.72 USD. With these additions, the stock weighting is momentarily back at 100%. Hopefully, we can see a few more days of upward movement from here.

With QT, I’m looking for an upward swing, hoping that after a few days of panic, we can move up for a few days and return to the €130-€140 range.

With Tencent, a swing would also be welcome, but if it doesn’t materialize, it fits well into a long-term portfolio. The gaming industry is consolidating, and Tencent will be one of the strongest players in the future, albeit with significant political risk. The general consensus is also strongly on the buy side, and the valuation isn’t exorbitant either. Of course, in addition to the gaming industry, Tencent also has a lot of other operations.

Opened a Valmet position for a long-term hold in an investment savings account (OST).

Also, a small top-up for PayPal and Visa. Additionally, a humorously small opening position in Meta Platforms.

Sold Flexit from OST, even at the risk of messing up. It had already accumulated some profit and dividends on top. Now it just climbed quite rapidly by 15 percent when someone started to fuel up with a bigger hand, volume grew by a factor of 6, and even on yesterday’s slaughter day, it was something like +9%. The stock is quite overbought, and a slight cooling might be sensed, and today it didn’t manage to rise at the same pace even though there was enough volume. Somehow, it feels like once that extra volatility disappears, the journey down will be quite swift.

LNG Spot rates have also already really plummeted, although one doesn’t know what will still happen to pipeline gas in the east… FLNG spot exposure is of course also limited, and the yield is still over ten percent, professionals are forecasting quite fat years anyway (in that same picture), so the journey up could still continue quite well. So perhaps back on board from lower if we go there, or then these funds gradually into tankers…
