I feel like the difference between you and Sarajärvi and Kotamäki might have been that you didn’t conduct an underpriced private placement from your company to investment firms owned by Little-Pasi or Big-Pasi. With that, you would have secured a 150% financing rate plus a debt restructuring (akordi) immediately on top of it.
