True, Chennai is still Nokia’s own factory. I didn’t recall at the moment. Somehow I remembered that the factory would have been sold, but I confused it with the mess surrounding the phone factory during the Nokia-MS deal.
By EMS, I refer to e.g. Foxconn, Jabil, and Flex, which Nokia, among others, uses for manufacturing products.
