Let’s keep the madness going and add that the valuation at the current share price is around 20X EV/EBITA on an LTM Q2 basis. And taking acquisitions into account, it’s a notch lower on a pro forma basis. After a couple of years of moving sideways, it’s starting to look more interesting again, considering the quality of the company and its small size, which leaves plenty of room to grow. This multiple isn’t cheap either, and it requires that ~decade-long phase of strong growth before stagnation, which was recently discussed in the serial acquirers thread​😄
