It seems a little, however, that the old Pay-Per-Treatment model isn’t working, as Modulight has wanted to set minimum treatment volumes. I’ve suspected this from the beginning, as it makes no sense to deliver equipment to a customer to just sit idle if it’s only used once.
What does this mean: “Revenue recognition occurs as usual after the delivery of the service.”? When does the customer pay Modulight when the contract includes a minimum treatment volume? Does the money for the minimum treatment amount come in immediately after the equipment is delivered?
